Development Director – Full Time

Job Summary: The Development Director works closely with the Executive Director planning and managing the advancement and growth of the organization's major gifts program, planned giving, and will work cooperatively with key stakeholders to meet fundraising goals that vary in purpose and size. This position is also responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of fund-raising, grant writing, coordinating special events, and community relations through marketing and outreach.  Candidate must have capital campaign experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Job Openings - Infant Toddler Program

 

Program Director - Infant Toddler Program – Full Time

Job Summary: This position plans, organizes, implements and monitors all ITP program components.  The ITP Director provides leadership to the early intervention service providers and support staff delivering family-centered, interdisciplinary services to infants, toddlers and their families. The ITP Director works collaboratively with community partners.  This position requires at least Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a Master’s Degree being preferred, management experience, and knowledge of IDEA Part C and Part B.

Must possess a valid WA State driver’s license, current auto insurance and your own vehicle for use on the job with mileage reimbursement. You must also be able to pass a background check and provide a copy of your current driving record.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part Time 25hrs/week

Job Summary: RBT’s for Holly Ridge Center provide assistance to the BCBA in planning and implementing educational intervention services and applied behavioral analysis for children, birth to three years old with a diagnosis of autism.  The primary focus will be providing direct autism specific services, yet they may also serve as an assistant for other children with special needs in program.

This position requires RBT Certification. Infant/toddler training and or experience is preferred.

Community Coach -Part Time  (30 Hours per week)

Job Summary: Our Community Coaches assist our Employment Consultants by providing on-the-job support to clients with disabilities. Community Coaches supervise and provide training for adult clients in competitive employment and the client’s volunteer training opportunities. The mission and purpose of this position is to provide natural supports in the workplace for the client with their supervisor and co-workers.

Employment Consultant - Full Time  

Job Summary: This position provides job development, job placement, case management, and on-the-job support ensuring that the clientele of adults with significant disabilities receive job opportunities in the competitive job market.  This position supervises and trains adult clients in competitive employment and volunteer training opportunities. This position requires a minimum 2 years in the field of disabilities and case management experience. A certificate in employment services is preferred as well as an AA or BA in a related field.

Paid Holidays

  • To be eligible for paid holidays, you must be in paid status the day before and after the holiday.
  • New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Holiday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

 

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • To be eligible for PTO you must be working 20 hours per week.
  • PTO is a combined benefit for sick leave and vacation.
  • The amount of PTO is based on the number of regular hours you work per week and your length of service completed and begins accruing on the date of hire.
  • Employees must complete their 6 month introductory period before requesting to use PTO for any leave other than for illness or injuries.
  • In addition to PTO, each employee has the benefit of 1 Personal Leave Day each year, after the introductory period of 6 months.

 

Health Insurance  -  Cigna Health, Delta Dental, VSP Vision

  • To be eligible for Health Insurance you must be working 30 hours per week.
  • Includes medical, vision and dental coverage
  • Cost to employee - $40.00 per pay period, $80.00 per month.

 

Life & Disability Insurance- Mutual of Omaha

  • To be eligible for this benefit you must be working 30 hours per week.
  • Life insurance benefit of $15,000
  • Short term and long term disability policy that pays a portion of your income during a period of disability.
  • No cost to the employee.

Voluntary Benefits

  • To be eligible for this benefit you must be working 30 hours per week.
  • Additional employee paid life insurance with Mutual of Omaha is available at a group rate.
  • Supplemental coverage from Aflac is offered as a pre-tax benefit.

 

401(k) Match and Profit Sharing Plan

  • To be eligible for this benefit, you must have completed 1 year of employment and 1,000 paid hours.
  • Saving is easy with automatic payroll deduction, with pre-tax dollars, into the investment options of your choice.

 

 

Employer Paid Benefits

The average amount paid for employee benefit compensation per eligible employee (not including PTO and paid holidays) is $826 per month / $9,912.00 per year.
