Neurodevelopmental and Early Learning Center ITP is a birth to three Neurodevelopmental and Early Learning Center  providing early intervention services for children under the age of three  and their families. The mission of Holly Ridge Center's Infant Toddler Program is to provide relationship focused early intervention services to families of children  with special needs.  The Infant Toddler Program is certified by the State of Washington as  the following:  • Neurodevelopmental Program by the Department of Health   • Non-Public School Agency by OSPI   • Developmental Disabilities Center through DSHS   Holly Ridge Center is the State Infant Toddler Early Intervention local  lead agency for Kitsap County. Children's early years are an important and exciting time! If there are  concerns about a child's development or special help is desired to meet  the needs of an infant or toddler, contact Holly Ridge Center's Infant  Toddler Program!
