For children who qualify, special funds may be available to pay for unfunded early intervention services.
Service Location Options
Services are provided in natural environments. Early childhood special educators conduct community-based developmental playgroups at North, South, and Central Kitsap County locations. Services are also available at home, childcare and appropriate community settings.

Commitment to Families
Holly Ridge Center's Infant Toddler Program is committed to providing relationship-based early intervention services with a family focus for children with special needs.
We have a prescreen chart in English and Spanish, (Adobe® pdf) provided by DSHS Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program, for parents to use as a quick way of helping you recognize possible areas of concern in a child's vision, hearing, and development.
Other languages are available on the Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program website.
Individualized Family Service Plans are completed for each child and family.
