Job Seeker Solutions : Overview

AES helps people who want to work but may need some help and support getting the job they want. Each jobseeker has different needs and so one of our Employment Consultants will provide vocational guidance and work with the jobseeker upon a plan of action.

If you have a disability there are many ways AES can help you find and keep a job. However, in some cases employment is not necessarily your only option. Here are some things to think about:

What is "work readiness"?
Is work or study the best option to you?
To disclose or not to disclose your disability?

These are some issues that our Employment Consultants will work through with you.
